BIKEMOD Return & Refund Policy

At BIKEMOD, quality is non-negotiable. We rigorously inspect every exhaust, light, and mod before it leaves our warehouse. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. RETURN WINDOW You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

NEVER INSTALLED. Once a part (exhaust, mirror, etc.) has been bolted onto a motorcycle or shows signs of fitment, it is ineligible for a return.

In the original packaging with all tags and protective films intact.

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIRED) To protect both the rider and the brand, we require a continuous unboxing video for all damage claims.

The video must show the sealed package being opened and the condition of the product immediately.

If your item is damaged during transit, email the video to support@bikemod.in within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace damaged items at no extra cost.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Electrical Components: Due to the nature of motorcycle electrical systems, items like LED headlights or indicators are non-returnable once the packaging is opened.

Custom Orders: Any parts customized specifically for your build.

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are final.

5. RETURN SHIPPING You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

7. EXCHANGES We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@bikemod.in
