BIKEMOD Shipping & Cancellation Policy

1. DISPATCH TIMELINES All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

2. DELIVERY TIMELINES Once dispatched, the standard delivery time across India is 5 to 7 business days, depending on your pin code. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the item and your delivery location. Any applicable Cash on Delivery (COD) handling fees will also be displayed at checkout.

4. ORDER TRACKING As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update after receiving the notification.

5. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES (RTO) If a package is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect address, or refused delivery (for COD orders), BIKEMOD reserves the right to deduct the forward and return shipping costs from any applicable refunds, or ban the customer from future COD purchases.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, or before the item has been dispatched from our warehouse, whichever is earlier. Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number is generated, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a standard return under the conditions listed above.
