BIKEMOD TERMS OF SERVICE

1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by BIKEMOD. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BIKEMOD. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. PRODUCT USAGE & INSTALLATION 

Self-Installation: BIKEMOD provides premium motorcycle parts. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the correct installation of these parts. We strongly recommend professional installation by a certified mechanic.

Liability: BIKEMOD is not responsible for any damage to your motorcycle, personal injury, or accidents resulting from the use or incorrect installation of our products. You "ride at your own risk."

Fitment: We provide fitment guides for specific models (e.g., Royal Enfield Meteor 350). However, variations in bike production mean slight adjustments may be required.

3. LEGALITY & ROAD USE

Noise & Emissions: Some mods, including certain exhaust systems, may change the noise profile or emission levels of your motorcycle. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle remains compliant with local RTO regulations and noise pollution laws in your specific region.

Off-Road Use: Certain products are sold specifically for "Track Use" or "Off-Road Use" only. Using these on public highways is at the buyer's discretion and legal risk.

4. PAYMENT & CHECK OUT PROCESS

All product prices on BIKEMOD are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. When you are ready to complete your purchase, click on your cart and proceed to the Check Out page. On the Check Out page, you will be required to enter your shipping details and select your preferred payment method. We use secure, encrypted payment gateways to process all transactions. Your order will only be confirmed once the payment is successfully authorized on the Check Out page.

5. ACCURACY OF PRICING & PRODUCTS

We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without notice.

While we strive for color accuracy in our photos, the finish on your screen (Chrome/Matte Black) may vary slightly from the physical product due to lighting and display settings.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may also update these terms to reflect changes in our business or the law.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh.
